We will refund 100% of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges.

If you receive a defective product, we will pay all shipping charges to retrieve and replace that item.

Please note: Cues must be unchalked and in original condition to receive full refund or credit. All other products must be unused and in their original packaging to receive a full refund or credit. Please inspect and roll your cue prior to chalking it.
